Professional Debt Collectors (Retail and Medical Accounts)

This position will provide you with the opportunity to:    

• Educate debtors on how to meet their obligations

Responsibilities

• Communicate with debtors by phone to establish payment and resolution to unpaid accounts
• Perform in a high-volume call environment on both inbound and outbound calls
• Handle debtor correspondence
• Provide thorough and accurate account updates for each call made
• Skiptrace debtors
• Recommend accounts for legal action

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Certificate
• Computer skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Strong negotiation skills
• Persuasive and Persistent 
• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Team player
• Knowledge of the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act)
• Ability to work in multi–tasked environment
• Skiptracing experience helpful
• Bi-lingual a plus, but not necessary
• Desire to have fun while doing the right thing and helping others do the same
